Leader Onboard was founded in 2013 by David Marmonti, specifically to work with C-Level and Senior Executives transitioning into new roles in a new company or within an their existing company. In his roles as a Global Senior Executive as well as a member of various Board of Director/Board of Advisor positions, David noticed a disturbing trend in executive recruiting and promotions. That trend was a high failure rate among many executives within 12-24 months of transitioning into their new role. Thus Leader Onboard was formed to help these Executives transition successfully and improve the ROI of the hiring Company. As time progressed, Clients also leveraged David's experience to help them develop business strategies and tactics to improve the performance of their business. Today, Leader Onboard provides both Coaching and Advisory Services to Clients in a variety of industries.

After enjoying a very successful career in the telecommunications and computer technology industries, David has spent the last 8+ years working with a number of executives across a broad spectrum of companies from small/early stage to multinational corporations. He has focused most of his efforts working with executives in the following areas – Effective Personal Leadership, Building and Leading a High Performing Executive Team, Driving Transformational Change in any Organization and Developing Growth/Profit Strategies.
