Worldwide Sales Leader - Fortune 50

I recently read an article in Forbes written by Erika Anderson focused on the benefits associated with executive coaching services. After decades of observation, three benefits more or less surfaced. An effective executive coach can help you do the following:
1. See yourself more clearly
2. See others more clearly
3. Learn ways to respond
Having worked with Dave for more than 5 years, both as an executive coach and as a consultant to the Buisness, I would describe these benefits as really a starting point. When you are working in a fast-paced environment, being self-reflective is difficult, and might even feel indulgent. This is where a professional coach is critical.
Dave is a fantastic sounding board and has an uncanny ability to distill complex problems quickly. That skill set comes from years of working with executives at large and small companies, not to mention his own career success Have no doubt about it, Dave won’t sugar coat difficult messages or feedback when it is needed.
Without a doubt, I would describe my time with Dave as extremely positive. That investment in time resulted in better outcomes, more predictability, and ultimately was good for me personally and for the companies that I represented.
